。。 ToT
Having a Taiwanese passport makes it difficult for me to travel around. I've lived with it all my life but it really is a hassle. I still remember not being able to travel to London with my friends when I was in college in the US. We suddenly came up with the idea to go to London over the weekend but that's when I realized that I can't because I'd have to go to the British embassy and apply for a visa, which takes at least a week and there was no way I was going to get the visa by the weekend. So, I had to stay in Boston while my friends had a blast in London. That was pretty sad... But anyway, as I was reading up on Wikipedia, I found out that since March 2009, I can actually go to the UK without a visa! Hurray! I can go visit my friends more easily now :) However, the number of countries which I can go without a visa are still limited. And according to the map, there's even a country where entry is refused. What did I ever do to them... ToT
